gbentmedia collects the minimum data needed to operate the service: account email, payment information processed by our payment provider, and images you upload for processing.

Uploaded images are stored temporarily in isolated server environments and deleted automatically within 60 minutes of processing. We do not retain processed outputs on our servers beyond that window.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used for account authentication and service communications only. Payment data is handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor — gbentmedia never stores card numbers directly.

Cookies

gbentmedia uses session cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember UI preferences. We use analytics cookies to measure feature usage — these can be disabled in your account settings.

No advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels are placed on gbentmedia pages. Analytics data is aggregated and never tied to individual user identities.
