Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gbentmedia, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, effective from January 1, 2026. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users, including free-tier accounts, paid subscribers, and API developers. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Permitted Use

gbentmedia may only be used for lawful purposes. You must not upload images of real individuals without their explicit consent. You must not use the service to produce content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all images you upload and all outputs you generate. gbentmedia does not review user content prior to processing and cannot be held liable for misuse of the tool by account holders.

Accounts found in violation of these terms will be suspended without refund. Repeat violations may result in permanent bans and, where required by law, referral to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All underlying technology, model weights, UI code, and brand assets belong to gbentmedia. You retain ownership of the images you upload. Processed outputs belong to you, subject to these terms.

Limitation of Liability

gbentmedia provides the service on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbentmedia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Total liability in any claim against gbentmedia shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Services

gbentmedia integrates with third-party platforms including payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, not by these terms.

Security

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Uploaded images are stored temporarily in isolated containers and deleted within 60 minutes. gbentmedia undergoes annual third-party security audits.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting gbentmedia support. Account deletion is processed within 72 hours of a verified request.

Changes to Terms

gbentmedia may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Last updated: January 1, 2026.
